Many people also appreciate being able to wear their saber in cosplay with a blade plug. It diffuses the brightness of the light for when sabers ignite unexpected. Our heavy grade saber blades have a wall thickness of 3 mm. They are ready for impact and fully durable. Heavy Grade blades have a rounded tip and a cellophane insert (our blades have the plastic film insert to help carry light evenly through the blade). An extra feature to our heavy grade blades, the tip screws into the blade itself for extra strength.
